From here, I'll get to work finding your next home. I work my leads, and send you daily MLS updates. I may even present some creative options.
3 showings
Get ready for the fun part! It's time to see these listings in person and really get a feel for these homes, and what is most important to you.
3 Offer time
When you are ready to put an offer in, I will complete a market analysis of the home and provide an opinion of value. Once you decide on your offer, I'll coordinate the paperwork, communication with the sellers agent, and position you as strongly as possible through negotiations.
4 acceptance
Wahoo you've (almost) made it! From here, I'll guide you through the purchase and sale contract, and make sure you have your attorney, inspector, bank, and other players lined up.
5 closing
Almost there! I will be working hard behind the scenes coordinating all your players to meet deadlines, and ensure a smooth as possible closing.
6 after closing
You get the keys, and the home is all yours.
