Today is all about sharing favorite nursery inspiration, from bold color choices to neutrals, plus my favorite nursery must haves!

Since we found out that baby number two is on the way, I've been dreaming about nurseries and scouring the interwebs to find the most original inspiration. We don't yet know the gender, and regardless, I'm drawn to styles that could easily fit for a little boy or a little girl. Here is a roundup of my absolute favorites I've found over the past months, the best part is that all of these are from real mamas! Let's start the tour with the bold and rich colors!

This first one from the talented Michelle who recently launched her @jfandcompany instagram page! Whenever I saw it, it stopped me in my tracks, the striking dark wall (in Caviar from Sherwin-Williams) with the texture of the trellis wall. Paired with the sign she had made by a local graphics shop, along with the lovely accent pieces have me swooning! I'm really inspired to do a similar trellis wall!

This next one from the lovely Allison @allison_tramell is just darling! That rich accent wall (in Benjamin Moore Black Ink) softened by those gorgeous hoops with loads of natural greenery. I would not mind spending the wee hours in here one bit. Darks and bold colors aren't just for the boys!

How about this blue nursery from Ashley @houseofhanesinteriors? What a vibrant and classic shade, I can imagine a little one would be filled with creativity growing up in this space. I love the blue flower decals, with the solid blue accent wall, playing off the texture in the rug and shiplap wall. The gold accents in the name sign and the crib, even the green plant looks perfect among all the blue. Not a detail overlooked in this gorgeous room.

Next up is a couple of the most beautiful soft neutrals, you can easily add blush, or blue accents to hint to a gender if you choose.

This first one from Kailee Wright @kaileewright is so warm and light with all the texture, the pops of blush and black are just spot on. I love the simplicity in this space balanced with warm and cozy. ​

Neutral doesn’t always mean light, this dark neutral from Lindsay @thetrayertribe is absolutely beautiful! The rustic and whimsical feel of the wood accent wall, paired with that cozy rug and of course, a pop of greenery!

Last but certainly not least in the neutral roundup is the wonderful Walker @Walkerwylie oh how I adore this darling room. She actually had this room completely gender neutral until she found out it was a sweet little girl on the way, and brought on the pink! How darling is that shiplap wall, vintage style crib and sweet rocking chair.

​ This knit pouf set has soft style and function. We have a pouf in Finn's room and it's been lovely to watch him learn to crawl and climb on it, and now snuggle against it for story time. The colors in this set will fit in so many nurseries.

I love this cart, we have it in black and call it it "crash cart", we keep it stocked with diapers, wipes and clean up cloths. It is essential to have everything at the ready, and cute too!
